What is the shipping and order handling time? 
Orders at Ojaaru are usually processed within 2-3 business days. We're continuously striving to get your orders shipped to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

What payment options are available on Ojaaru?
Currently, we accept Cash On Delivery, UPI, Wallets, Credit cards, Debit cards and Net Banking.

Can I cancel my international order?
Unfortunately, international orders once placed cannot be cancelled. However, cancellation requests may be entertained at the sole discretion of the Company.

Shipping Time: 
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 Business days.

Shipping Charges:
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt. Details will be displayed when you place the order.

• 7-day returns:
  You can return your item for up to 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns are accepted for damage during transit only and submission of the video of product unboxing is must along with the outer packing, the jewelry box, the pouch, the jewelry itself, , invoice and all other accompanying materials to replace the product..

 

Customer/User can pick alternate product if above conditions are met, refund will not be processed. 

Please note that any claim for non-receipt of a product or empty box will be entertained only if submitted within 24 hours of receipt along with an unboxing video which includes the original outer seal.
Tracking: 
You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp and/or Email once the order is shipped.
